Combination I/O board

The ProfiCNC Combination Board boasts the following features in a OEM board.

32 24volt inputs, in groups of 4, with the option of Switch High (+24v signal, 0v Common), Switch Low (0v Signal, +24v common) ,or AC input

48 outputs, (+24v) of which 8 are high current (2 amps)

4 Analogue inputs(16 bit), both Current (0-20mA, 4-20mA) and Voltage (0-10V) with Gain and Offset adjustments

4 Analogue outputs(16 bit), both Current (0-20mA, 4-20mA) and Voltage (0-10V) with Gain and Offset adjustments

Frequency counter, Position Encoder, PWM output, Laser Pulse Signal (adjustable frequency and duty), Laser power ramping feature based on Cutting speed (can adjust power output via power level or pulse duty), 8 high speed inputs, 8 High speed outputs, 2 logic blocks

Front panel or Hand Held Interface

The profiCNC Hand held interface board can be used in any application that an overide, Handwheel, and buttons and indicators are required, due the the device being Standard profibus, it is fully compatible with the handwheel protocol of the Siemens 840D profibus handwheel.

The device can handle up to 64 input buttons and indicator led's as well as comming standard with 5 digital overide encoders, and 1 handwheel connector

Laser Power supplies

Designed as a general replacement power supply, to suit the OPL laser, ByLase (with adaptor), CP4000 (convergent Prima).

With additional features to suit our control system such as Profibus interface, smart slave (compenstation for 1 faulty transformer tank), Power ramping and also legacy mode to cope with other standard lasers and controls

All components are designed at a much higher rating than any of our competitors products. An Oil free tank replacement will soon be available.
